pflag Canada’s Commitment to All 2SLGBTQIA+ Community Members

pflag Canada is committed to supporting ALL 2SLGBTQIA+ people.

A recent email response by a pflag Chapter does not reflect our values.  Our mission is to support, educate, and advocate for 2SLGBTQIA+ people and their families. This means creating spaces where everyone, regardless of their background or identity, feels safe, valued, and heard.

pflag Canada unequivocally opposes antisemitism and all other forms of exclusion. We do not have religious or political affiliations. We do not condone responses that create fear, marginalize Jewish community members, or suggest that support for one group requires abandoning another.

We are addressing this matter with the Chapter and reaffirm our commitment to inclusive, compassionate support for all members of our community.
