A pflag workshop isn’t a lecture. It’s a conversation.

Depending on the workshop, you might practice what to say when a coworker comes out, work through a real scenario where a customer makes an assumption about a family’s structure, or figure out how to step in when a coworker or customer says something that lands wrong. These aren’t hypotheticals. They’re the kinds of moments that come up in your actual work.

You’re part of the learning, not just an audience. You hear directly from 2SLGBTQIA+ people and their families, and you leave feeling ready to use the right words, step in when it matters, and show up for the people around you.
